High Multimorbidity in Axial Spondyloarthritis

Key clinical point: Many patients with axial spondyloarthritis have other medical conditions, such as depression and fibromyalgia.

Major finding: Among 419 patients, 61% had multiple conditions, with a median of at least one other condition in addition to axSpA.

Study details: Single-center, cross-sectional study of 419 consecutively-recruited patients with axSpA.
