Lung cancer screening, early diagnosis still lower among blacks, Hispanics

Key clinical point: Later diagnosis and reduced access to care can place a double burden on minorities.

Major finding: Compared with whites, stage I diagnoses were less common in blacks (odds ratio, 0.62) and Hispanics (OR, 0.72).
