Weight loss intervention fails in endometrial cancer survivors
Key clinical point: Obese survivors of endometrial cancer did not benefit from a weight loss intervention.
Major finding: Weight gain occurred similarly over 12 months in endometrial cancer survivors treated with a weight loss intervention (49%) and in those who declined the intervention (47%).
