In endometrial cancer and SUI, concomitant surgery improves outcomes

Key clinical point: SUI is common in endometrial cancer, and concomitant procedures could improve patient outcomes.

Major finding: At 6 months, concomitant surgery was associated with greater likelihood of having a UDI-Stress incontinence score of 0 (OR, 2.8).

Study details: Secondary analysis of a multicenter, prospective cohort study of 556 women.
