Standing orders for vaccines may improve pediatric vaccination rates

Major finding: The biggest barrier to using standing orders for childhood immunizations is concern about administering the wrong vaccine, cited by 68% of respondents.

Study details: The findings are based on analysis of 372 responses to an Internet and mail survey of nationally representative pediatricians conducted during June-September 2017.
