Marylee Rothschild, MD and William W. Greaves, MD, MSPH
Dr. Rothschild is the chief of staff at the Louisville VA Medical Center and an associate professor of medicine in the department of medicine at the University of Louisville, both in Louisville, KY. Dr. Greaves is an associate professor and a former director of the Master of Public Health Degree Program in the division of public health at the Health Policy Institute, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
