Erratum: Clinical Inquiries

The Clinical Inquiry, “Do NSAIDs impede fracture healing?” (J Fam Pract. 2011;60:41-42) incorrectly stated that the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommends nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for pain relief from stress fractures. This recommendation appeared in a review article published in the journal American Family Physician; the AAFP does not have a policy on pain relief for fractures.
