Dr. Harry Poe's trilogy adventure begins in "Tramp Stamp."


 

Behold Dr. Harry Poe, a hardboiled dermatologist detective, and the main protagonist in a trilogy written by Florida dermatologist Dr. Terry Cronin.

During

the American Academy of Dermatology's 69th annual meeting in New Orleans, The Pirate's Alley Faulkner Society and Faulkner House Books hosted a reception celebrating the publication of "The Skinvestigator: Tramp Stamp," the first book in the trilogy.

We caught up with Dr. Cronin in New Orleans to learn more about his book. He said the idea for the book gestated over a month, and it took about a year for the whole project to come together.
